Job Description:

For our clinic in Antalya, operating in the field of medical tourism, we are looking for a Patient Coordinator with excellent English (C1 level) skills to join our international patient services team.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with international patients in English
Coordinating and guiding patients through the admission and treatment process
Acting as the liaison between patients and medical staff
Organizing transfers and accommodation for patients
Following up on patient inquiries and taking appropriate action
Assisting with operational processes and overall coordination

Requirements:
C1-level English with strong speaking and writing skills
Excellent communication
